A Quick Update

Hi there! I've taken time off (much needed). I’ve been MIA for a while and I’d love to reintroduce myself again! A little bit about me: I’m Diana, born in raised in sunny Southern California. My big three signs are ☼ Taurus | ☽ Virgo | ↑ Pieces. I’m a certified yoga instructor, holistic coach, aromatherapist, reiki master, and breathwork facilitator. I’ve spent over 8 years practicing and training not only for my own healing but to be of service to others. I really enjoy learning and being able to share what I’ve learned and experienced and teach others.

I have 2 fur babies, Mochi + Honey with my wonderful husband Jordan. In my free time, I love being in nature (beach, hiking, e-biking, neighborhood walks with our fur babies), going on adventures, practicing yoga, meditating, caring for my plants, learning and expanding my own personal and spiritual growth, focus on myself, and finding new and exciting things that light up my soul. You can also find me at the happiest place on Earth, Disneyland! If you see me around, say hello! I’d love to see you IRL.

I’ve taken time off before and it’s helped. I find it necessary to avoid burnout and help with my personal growth and mental health. Who else feels like there’s never enough time in the day? Same here. Recently, I decided to take time off from social media because I found myself mindlessly scrolling, not super productive or beneficial. I just needed to take a step back and a break. I felt overwhelmed like my mind was clouded and my body felt tiny spurts of anxiety about what to post or guilt for not posting enough, especially if my posts aren’t enough. Can anyone else relate? I realized my anxiety and mind fog came from hours of mindless scrolling. I didn't have a specific date when I would be back, just when it felt right to me.

Now that I’m back on, I’m setting boundaries for myself to not get back into the same routines and to use social media more mindfully. Things like this will always be a work in progress and gently remind me to set boundaries, take breaks, and be mindful of my actions and thought processes. Going through some breakthroughs and transformational shifts, I’m slowly peeling back my layers with intentions and showing my authentic self. This process is a slow and steady one, and may even be lifelong! But the results are SOUL rewarding and nourishing. I hope to share the things I love and adore, my favorite things in life, and share what I’ve learned in my journey of self-discovery and healing.

I’m SOUL excited to share with you and help you in your journey to heal your mind, body, soul, and heart.

If you’re ready to rediscover yourself or just wanna talk, let’s connect! I would love to chat with you and get to know you on a deeper level.

I see you
I hear you
I’m here for you

I’m SOUL grateful for you, from the bottom of my heart!
