What is the shelf life of your products?

Approximately 8-12 months. If you feel that your oils are not fresh, please contact us immediately via email at embyroils@gmail.com. We want to make sure you have the best experience with our products. 


United States:  Orders shipped via USPS First Class mail, with expected delivery times ranging between 3-5 business days. Please allow 1-2 days for order processing.

International:  You are responsible for custom fees if charged. Please note that international orders can sometimes take up to 8 weeks to arrive due to various custom matters that are completely out of our hands.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept cash, check, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or UnionPay logo) and Venmo.

Can I pick my order up?

Yes of course! We can also free local deliveries (within 15 miles).

What is your return policy for skin care?

Please see our Refund Policy for more details. If you have any form of irritation after use of Embyr Oils, please discontinue use immediately. 

Can I use your products on sensitive skin?

Everyone’s skin is different. We strive to make our products gentle and available for all skin types. If any irritation occurs, please discontinue use immediately.

Are your products safe for children and babies?

As of now, our products are not safely diluted for babies and kiddos under the ages of 12. But that does not mean we will not have a line especially for babies and kiddos in the future.

Are your products safe to use by a pregnant woman?

Some essential oils should be avoided during pregnancy/nursing. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about certain products. If pregnant/nursing, consult your physician prior to use.

Are essential oils safe to use on or around pets? 

If you are like us, we always worry about the well being of our fur babies. Some essential oils are very beneficial to our furry friends. Please contact us at embyroils@gmail.com if you would like more information on oils that are safe to use on furry friends.

Are your products all vegan?

Absolutely!! We LOVE our furry friends. We will never test on animals either. We are 100% vegan and cruelty free. We test products on ourselves, family and friends of course!

Why don't you use product boxes?

We believe protecting and saving Mother Earth. We want to simplify and improve the quality of life and our products by using less material, product and resources as possible to reduce our carbon footprint. 

Does your packaging contain BPA?

No, we use high-quality amber glass bottles that also protect against UV rays.

What should I do with my empty bottle(s)?

We have a couple of different options for you! Please see our Recycle section for more details and which option will suit you best. 

How 'natural' are your products?

Our products are chemical and cruelty free, all natural (if it’s not from Mother Earth or plants, we don’t use it) and certified organic. We believe in all-natural products without harsh side effects used for daily beauty and health.
